Your private Rome shore excursion will be spent having a marvellous half day walking tour of the most relevant sites of Ancient Rome and Renaissance Rome. It will be a cruise tour focused on the Rome Coliseum, Roman and Imperial Forum, Capitol Hilll, Pantheon Rome, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colonna Square (Italian Parliament & Government Palace), Navona Square. This private cruise excursion to Rome will end up here, where there are plenty of good restaurants, authentic Roman trattorie and great Italian pizzerie for lunch.

You will then have free time / at leisure to explore on your own, for shopping in Rome and hang out and for your personal activities, from lunch time until 04:30/05:00 pm when you board back the minibus/driver. We will give you a meeting time (pending on your ship departure time) & spot where you will meet our private English speaking driver and go back to the Rome Port (Rome Civitavecchia) along with him.

Our driver will pick you up at Rome Pier (Rome Civitavecchia) on early morning and will lead to downtown Rome (appx. 1 hour and half drive) where you will meet your assigned private English speaking guide. No other people in the tour, your private tour guide will be just for your private party/family cruise or group.

Convenient pick-up and drop off, right at Rome pier by one of our English speaking drivers who will have a sign showing your name(s) or the name of your cruise group.

You will have your private English tourist guide for appx. 4-5 hours of guided tour, and appx. 11 hours our private driver/trasportation.

At 04:45 pm appx. (pending on your ship departure), you will go back to the Rome port (Rome Civitavecchia) with our private English driver only.

NOTES:
1. Entrance fees to the Rome Coliseum included in the costs. Thanks to our reservation system, no lines to get into the Colosseum.

2. Those who choose this Rome shore excursion will have appx. 3 hours on their own, from appx. 01:00/01.30 pm to 04.30 pm (pending on your ship departure time).
At the end of our half day walking tour, we will give you the rendez-vous spot and time with our English speaking driver to return to the Rome Port on time.
