Our morning will be dedicated to the minor sister of Ancient Rome, less visible but of great appeal: the Subterranean Rome. Under the endless vestiges of centuries, there is an Underground Rome made up of houses, frescos, baths, villas, condominiums ... Apparently, they have less appeal than its "major sister", the Rome above the ground but in some cases whose artistic and achitectural quality is equal to that of the famous monuments above the ground. In the afternoon we will visit St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City, including also of the Grottoes of the Popes -the underground level -. Thanks to our special contacts, we will get into the Church with no lines, if any.
